Bittersweet Escapes is a boutique chocolate travel & event business built on the belief that discovering chocolate should be the highlight of any experience.

The owner has worked with the Chocolate Show NY, artisanal chocolatiers, multinational corporations and small businesses for more than 10 years of combined chocolate travel, management and event experience. In addition, she is currently the organizer of the largest NYC's chocolate club of more than 700 members and always enjoys exploring what the city has to offer.

She takes pride in crafting the ultimate escape for the chocolate lover.

Why Bittersweet?  Its our favorite!  Bittersweet is simply dark chocolate that contains a minimum of 50% chocolate liquor and less than 12% milk solids.  (Semi-sweet more often has a minimum of 35% chocolate liquor.)
